Oleksandr Lavrynovych: The Way of the Court Chairmen Appointing and the Body responsible for it are supposed to be determined by the Law
"The issue on appointing of a new judge on the office of the Supreme Administrative Court Chairman is the issue at least of the year 2010, then there would be adopted the Law on determining the state body responsible for the court chairmen appointing", - O. Lavrynovych, the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared in the program at Channel 5.
"I am convinced that Pasenuk would be executing the Supreme Administrative Court Chairman authorities until another person is appointed on this office according to the Law order", - O. Lavrynovych emphasized.
According to the politician, "the problem is in the fact that there is no legal regulation of the appointing on the administrative offices in the courts." O. Lavrynovych declared that relevant bill is not being scrutinized in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine due to the lack of mutual understanding.
Giving answers to the question whether the situation with the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine would influence the scrutiny of the election appeals in the courts, the First Vice-Chairman emphasized; "On case scrutiny in the court may influence either evidences or scrupulous to his work judge."
